QuickTip: Photos of Food

On my smartphone I keep a small photo collection of food that I've taken during my two-week breaks in between my 60-day fasts. When I am feeling like I have to eat something I can look back and reminisce on the foods I ate and how they tasted and usually how lethargic made me feel. That usually fixes me right up and I can once again focus on the present and future :)
