QuickTip: Juice That Core!

When I started juicing I had the preconceived notion that I needed to toss my apple cores - perhaps some type of tradition that stayed with me. However when it comes to juicing - especially in a masticating juicer where the produce needs to be prepped (sliced up to fit in the feed tube - I use an apple divider by the way) - versus that of a "whole apple" wide mouth centrifugal juicer - the apple cores also store succulent and nutritious juice. But what about the seeds and stem? Worry not, as any decent masticating juicer will discard anything that isn't juice out of the pulp chute. So juice that core!
