QuickTip: Juice in Batches

For a busy work week (especially making two services for each batch) I find it easier to manage my juice fasts by making my juices in batches. Every evening I perform the following:

Make juice for that evening (dinner)
Make juice for the next morning (breakfast)
Make juice for the next afternoon (lunch)

I put these juices in airtight containers and then put them in the refrigerator - theoretically they can last up to 72 hours like this, but I drink them within 24 hours easily. It takes about an hour but I am always relieved the following day when they are all ready to go. Once I got into the groove it seems very natural.

All ready for the evening and the following day!
