20120703 Lunch with a Zing

Ingredients:
  • 1 Beet
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Habanero
  • 2 Apples
  • 6 Carrots
  • 6 Sweet Peppers
Steps:
  1. wash, peel, clean, and cut produce to fit juicer (if necessary)
  2. put prepared items into juicer
  3. strain juice once
  4. makes for 4 strained cups
Taste:
  • Sweet, Smooth and Spicy
