20120701 Morning Fruit Juice

Ingredients:
  • 1 Large Grapefruit
  • 6 Oranges
  • 4 Apples
  • 1lb Raspberries (optional)
  • -or- 1lb Blackberries (optional)
  • -or- 1lb Blueberries (optional)
  • -or- 1lb Strawberries (optional)
  • -or- 2 cups of pineapple juice(optional)
Steps:
  1. wash, peel, clean, and cut produce to fit juicer (if necessary)
  2. put prepared items into juicer
  3. strain juice once
  4. makes for 8 strained cups
Taste:
  • Sweet and Tangy all around
Calories:
  • Estimated 1113 (946) for 8 cups *I make batches for 2+ people; our servings are currently averaging 3-4 cups per serving per person for a total of 9-12 cups per day per person.
