mini-juice-fast #2 Day 02

This afternoon (right before dinner juice) I checked the scales and then checked my logs to see that I have gone back in time about 6 days now from the two days of juicing. If you aren't sure what I'm talking about picture this.

For each day that I ate solids I'd gain pounds on the scale (i.e. a pound or two, sometimes even four). When I'm fasting the pounds seem to shed quickly - seriously like almost ten pounds in less than two days - based on the evening most (right after dinner) and the morning most (right before breakfast). Lots of water retention followed by solid BMs. 

During eating solids I make sure I'm well hydrated and drinking a lot of water to make sure things keep flowing. When I'm juice-fasting I cut back external water and rely on the 32oz servings of juice three times a day for my water intake. 

I only recommend what you do is comfortable in your lifestyle but this is quite comfortable for me.
