60 Day Juice Fast #3 Day #22

This is the 22nd day into my 3rd 60 day juice fast and I've lost 19.80lbs so far.

I started my journey January 25th 2012 at 262lbs. This morning I weighed in at 185lbs! That's a total sustained loss of 77lbs! ... and that's without the aid of elective surgical procedures, magic pills, expensive special foods or working out. Simply juice and discipline.

I almost can't believe that I've been juicing for a total of 170 contiguous days (two solid 60 day juice fasts separated by two 14 day breaks and currently in my 3rd 60 day juice fast). This is something I never saw happening even in the early part of January!

Had I not taken my 2x2 week breaks in between my juice fasts where I had gained a total of 29.6lbs (8.5 and 21.1) my numbers would have been passed the hundred marker and I would already have met my goal weight. However with my experimentations I found it necessary to know my limits especially once I cease to fast for such long periods on such a frequent basis. As I am looking to sustain on a hybrid platform leaning more towards juicing normally and eating solids now and then. I am planning on calendaring these 'special food days' to chart even more data during my post-fating periods. Also I am planning to integrate a work-out schedule towards the later part of the year so I can start firming and toning up. :) By the end of the year everything should be quite stellar! The proof is in the juice!
