60 Day Juice Fast #3 Day #60 and the future

Note: It has been 17 days since my last update (and 12 days since I've completed my 3rd 60 day juice fast). It's been quite busy these last few weeks but have some time to update this blog today (September 1st 2012)

I finally completed my 3rd 60 day juice fast!

I've lost 36.80lbs and my final official weight was 168lbs (18lbs shy of my 150lb goal I set in January).

I began my journey at 262lbs and ended at 168 with a total loss of 94lbs!

During my journey I've learned a lot about juicing and health. I'll be updating this site with more information, and continue to monitor my weight as I enter the hybrid juicing and solid world. I will be incorporating juicing into my daily 'normal' life and attempt to drink at least juice twice per day (most often breakfast and dinner). I am also looking into entering a workout regime to keep the weight down and to continue to lose weight to meet my ultimate weight goal. 

I've updated the stats and graphs page with the completed data as well as the personal blog portion of an event I attended last week where I got to meet Joe Cross from Fat Sick and Nearly Dead and got to personally thank him for sharing his documentary with the world, and saving my life. :)
